religion is looked at by Jupiter placement but unconventional change will be rahu…if Jupiter gets afflicted by rahu…ie if Jupiter is badly placed and rahu is strongly placed and both are either in conjunction or connected through house placements…also very important check 9th house of native because it shows the dharma of native if these are afflicted then for sure religion change…also check D9 to replicate the dignity…if all points in affliction then native goes for religion change but if the D9 replication does not show change then the native will only condemn their religion but not change also in some cases makes the native atheist…hope this helps…jai mahadev maa gauri
