why certain degree are assigned for deep exaltation and deep debilitation of planets? ex- sun exalted in 10 degree aries.

As far i know….it’s is written in vedic scripture/classical books that at specific degrees planet will get exalted and debilitated also these factor in consideration (dignity of planet/navamsa and many more thing )
well i can tell you of mars , why he is exalted in capricorn 28 degree , it is because in dashamsh he will be in capricorn again .
