Every few months the domestic help keeps changing. they dont stay or work for long.. example in a year more than 8-10 have been changed

A domestic worker or any helper is represented by Saturn. There has to be something going on in your life which may be upsetting it. Try doing Saturn remedies and observe the results.
I have Shani in 5th house. I experienced the same. It seems it is Shani related issue. I have started being polite n soft with 4th grade staff wherever n whenever I come across them. I try to give something at opportunity I get. I try they get happy/satisfied with my behavior. YOU CAN CALL IT A REMEDY. IT WORKS!
I do not know where is your chart,but this kind of problem occurrs due to Saturn. See position and strength of Saturn,try to do some remedies such as donations etc depending on the house Saturn is located in.
