If you have done good Karma and you are enjoying the fruits then it means there is no bad Karma you have created and still you are helping others it means you are making more good Karmas. It means there is no pending bad Karma. Which means you are on the ultimate path of liberation. There are obstacles because we have done something wrong in some or the other way. If we are only happy and helping others automatically we are stepping towards liberation. If not then surely there are some pending karmas and we still far from ultimate truth. The Ultimate fruit of good Karmas are liberation.
