BPHS – Timing of Conveyances

BPHS Chapter 15 Verse 10-14 states further that: Should the Sun be in the 4th house as the 4th lord is exalted and be with Venus – one will acquire conveyances in his 32nd year.

Please decode the above ages mentioned as I will post the shlokas in parts to gather more detailed information.

      Given: Sun in 4H, Moon in 2H, Venus in 2H. One will obtain conveyances at age 32.

      Age 32, House code – 10H is active.

      Karaka of 10H is Saturn and Sun. The karaka Sun is placed in 4H (given).

      The Axis between House activated(10H) and Karaka (sun which is in 4H) is 1-7 Axis.

      The karaka of 7H is venus and is placed in 2H with karaka of 4H moon (exalted).

      2H being 11th from 4th house indicates gains related to 4H.

       

      Age 32, Sign code will be Leo.

      Sun is placed in 4H and is already active as per the house code.

      My attempt to do the translations of verse 10-11 sum up like this individually :

      10) – if the lord of the asc is a soumya (merc moon jupiter),  while the sukhesha(i.e. 4th lord) is in neecha rashi meaning is in debilitated rashi, while the karaka(i.e. venus ) vyayabhavasthe .. i.e. in 12th and 4th lord is in conjunction with labha lord i.e. 11th lord.

      11). in 12th year the aquisition of vehicle will happen, if vahana lord(i.e. venus) suryasanyukte – is in conjunction with sun, and their dispositor is either exalted or in own house. ( swauchhe tad-bhava-nayake)

      I don’t have an answer but based on other info in BPHS, I’m wondering if Venus activates in the 12th and 32nd year of the native.
      – 12th year because Venus exalts in the 12th house
      – 32nd year because Venus’ dasha is of 20 years so next activation age is 12+20 = 32

      Feedback from the moderators will be greatly appreciated.

      Hi, So as posted by Sir on Youtube, activation of Sun in 32nd year – (taking control)- Leo Rashi dasha runs.
      I think as per house code too, 10th H being digbali house of Sun.

      And the rest is the yoga formed related to gain of conveyances.

      Shukrena Sanyute – meaning with shukra (implicit 4th lord as the chapter is about it).. 32nd year will get vehicle.

      if karma lord yute bandhunatha – means 10th lord is with 4th lord in the navamsa dispositor of tunga( tunga is mercury it is in pisces and dispositor is jupiter). So rahu+sun is in navamsa of mercury dispositor ie. jupiter.

      please correct if any mistakes. lets improve together.

      The way it is written, I am attempting the translation:

      Verse 6

      dhanesho ripuBhavaStho – Lord of 2nd house is placed in 6th house,

      Labhesho astadGato yadi – And if Lord of 11th house is ASTA combust

      Dhanayo paapyukto va drushto – If lord of 2nd is conjunct malefics Or being aspected by them

      nirdhana eva sah – One will be without any wealth. i.e. nirDhana

      Verse 7

      Dhana labha adhipava ASTO – if 2nd and 11th lord are combust AND with malefics (paapagraha samanvito)

      from birth there will be poverty – bhiksha-annam .. one will have to get food by bhiksha..

      So the specific translation goes like this. Which is very different from what is given in the book.

      Using Kalpurush Kundli, Rasi Drishti & House system.

      10th House is activated at age 32. The sign of Capricorn. Capricorn is throwing Drishti on Taurus, Leo & Scorpio.

      Sun is in cancer 4th House. Moon gets exalted in Taurus. Venus House lord of Taurus. So, Moon + Venus in Taurus.

       

      So as soon as the native starts running age 32 Capricorn activates Taurus which has Moon & Venus in it.

       

      Moon is sukh & Venus is vehicles. The native achieves the sukh of Vehicles at 32.

      here we should take. kaal purush kundali..so it states sun in 4th house i.e 12th from 5th..sun is athourity .power..and 4th lord moon is exalted in 2nd house which is the house of gains from 4th..2nd house is house of accumulation also..2nd house is the house of venus..so ornaments or vehicles…at the age of 32 10th house is active and sun is digbali there.and mars also the karka of vehicles as satrun mars make mechinery ..so sun sitting in 4th house will aspect 10th house sitting in 4th house whos karak is venus also and giving native the power or athoutrity of a vehicle or property in that year..as dispositor of sun is exalted so giving him opportunity for a vehicle..aslo sun is 12th from its own house so expenditure on vehicle or property may be there..
      2nd way if we see..in 32nd year 8th house will be active so 8th house shows inheritence ..insurance etc..so this house is aspected by exalted moon whichis dispositor of sun the 5th lord of authority and karak for 8th house is saturn and house of mars and ketu..so satrun mars ketu also shows mechinary and moon in 2nd house spending his accumulated money on vehicle ..insurance as well…also this house is 5th from 4th also it is giving power and athourity to invest in property or inheritence..
      this is my point of view…whether it is wrong or right do not know..so suggestions requires.

      Continuing the above 2nd house is accumulated wealth and 11th house is gain of the house or regular income and lord 0f any house is natural protector of that house, all they are combust, malefic influence destroy the wealth.

      Karaka for 2nd house venus and Jupiter.If these planet goes to 6 th house,than wealth will go to dispute debt diseases.Malefic placed all wealth goes to enemy .11th lord karaka also Jupiter.If both in 6th-8-12 house malefic influence than wealth will be destroy through debt,chronic diseases .

      When two major beneficial plants i.e karaka of both 2nd and 11th house goes combust than wealth will be destroyed from birth.
