Moon and Venus Parivartan Yog.

I am a Taurus Ascendant, and Moon in Libra
In my chart Venus is in Cancer (3rd House) and Moon in Libra (6th House) both are about exact the same degree between 23-25° forming a Parivartan Yog.

My questions are here under.
1. Since there a Parivartan Yog to the Moon, Should we consider the Native Moon sign to be Cancer?.

2. Should it be considered Moon to be in Cancer and Venus in Libra as per the principles of Parivartan Yog?

3. If the answer for 2nd is Yes, The. what are the Areas in which the Prediction has to be done considering Moon to be in Cancer?

      Moon sign will be libra. As moon is placed here. But, ofcourse it also can influence venus as it is a parivartan yog. So, Both planets can influence each other. But, Moon sign will only be libra.
