i have major social anxiety since childhood i have sun ketu in 4th and Saturn moon in 5th . it started in Saturn mahadasha

Ketu is a primary cause for anxiety, especially if involved in/aspecting external interaction houses/rashis like 7th/3rd/libra/gemini.
