Yes, Weak Sun and afflicted 3rd lord. Because 3rd house represents communication.
same ketu in 7th with 3rd Lord deblilated any remedy I am Taurus assendent
Do worship the deity which represented by third lord.
Ketu is a primary cause for anxiety, especially if involved in/aspecting external interaction houses/rashis like 7th/3rd/libra/gemini.
It could also happen during Ketu dasha.
