i think your are refering to stability in thoughts…like the calm sea…where there are no thoughts or only positive peaceful thoughts…inside us bcoz only then we can achieve it outside…it starts from within…mind gets crazy and affected with thoughts and surrounding only when the moon and Mercury are in weak positions…so work on moon and Mercury…moon is our subconscious and Mercury is our concsious mind…once you stabilize these two nothing can affect you not even any chaos…jai mahadev maa gauri
if your 4 th lord and moon is afflicted or you have mar rahu ketu sun in 4 house it doesn’t give peace at home don’t let you sit peacefully at home
